Shipping Policy

Processing Time All Oltem pieces are carefully handled and packed with love. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During launches, sales, or high volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will always communicate any delays directly to you.

Domestic Shipping — United States We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 8 business days after processing. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days after processing. Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $200.

International Shipping We are proud to ship Oltem pieces worldwide. International orders are dispatched from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 10 to 21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been packed and dispatched you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your tracking email within 72 hours of your expected dispatch date. Lost or Delayed Packages Oltem is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they have been dispatched. However we will always do our best to help you resolve any shipping issues. Please reach out to us at info@oltem.net and we will work with you directly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Oltem is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order contact us immediately at info@oltem.net and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
